PROCESS ARCHITECTURE
The process architecture is the composite of policies and models related to the company processes required to achieve the business objectives. The process architecture defines the major business processes to be distinguished; which standards need to be adhered to; the coherence between processes; which processes are to be outsourced; whether enterprise wide uniformity is desired etc.
