Once the stakeholders have been identified, the next step is to define the manner in which they need to be associated with the subject.
This can be very different per stakeholder and is largely dependant on the profile sketch. The intensity of the association; the type of association and the frequency of contact depend on what we wish to accomplish with the stakeholders.
We can document this is a communication matrix. Per communication activity the following are identified:
