ORGANIZATION
The final element of the architecural vision statement, following motivation; objectives; definition and services, defines the organizational role of the architect. Which tasks do they perform, along with the responsibilities and authorities; which processes do they execute themselves; what are their collaboration requirements and which role do they wish to play in processes belonging to others. Additionally, statements outlining where the approvals and formal acceptance of architectural choices are made, should be documented here.
